We’ve always said that at Serre Financial, we endeavor to find the most innovative ways to let the client, your practice, and our team/solutions grow together. In keeping to that theme, we’ve grown our team and solutions significantly over the last few months, with plans to bring about market-leading solutions into the future.

In addition to our many new staff, we are proud to announce Mary Danielle (MD) Gillies as our Director of Operations. MD brings a 15-year long track record in being exemplary among her peers for delivering a triple-bottom line. Having started in day to day banking and moving upwards through investing services to managing in-depth credit structures, and most recently advising business owners on start-ups, exit financing, mergers and acquisitions, it’s clear she understands the various elements of corporate structures intimately.

MD has extensive managerial experience from small to very large portfolios. She has successfully provided exceptional client experience while balancing client needs with risks within credit structures, all to ensure operational thresholds were executed on time and in an optimized fashion.

MD is highly regarded amongst her peers and past clients on delivering confident, consistent and responsive results on any project she takes on. Hence why we believe she’s instrumental in bringing the customer experience with Serre Financial to the next level.

Through innovative strategies and approaches, she’ll be helping not only improve the back-office but will bring plans and projects to new heights through our upcoming solutions.

In addition, we welcome aboard Jennifer Wilson, with over 10 years of experience as an executive assistant. Jennifer is highly regarded for her tax-savvy and will be great addition to our growing team and services.
